Institutionalizing the flag ceremony, now to be attended by
all city hall personnel including field workers.
Continuous implementation of the Biometrics and Personnel

employees now in data base.

(CBMS) and updating the Local Development Plan 2011 as included in the Disaster

Program of the DSWD.
The Sangguniang Panlungsod adopted 1,224 resolutions, 12
city ordinances, 2 tax ordinances, and 9 appropriation ordinances
approved. Eleven barangay sessions were
conducted in Pasay, Mahayahay, Canyuom, Malapoc Sur, Gawisan, Bogo, San Rafael,
Guadalupe, Bato II, Combado and Mambajao.
Every barangay session a financial assistance of P100,000 was given. Legislative Development Fund (LDF) financial
assistance were also given to the barangays and public schools.
